Order Supporting Doc Data Extraction Status Updated

When the progress of data extraction (OCR) on an uploaded supporting document has changed - e.g. extraction has started, extracted data is ready to review, or the GP has marked it as reviewed

Event name fundsub.order.supporting_doc.data_extraction.status.updated

Note: This event covers OCR on supporting documents (e.g. an uploaded W-9 or W-8BEN). OCR on the subscription document is reported by fundsub.order.data_extraction.status.updated. Online supporting forms (smart forms) are reported by fundsub.order.supporting_form.status.updated.

Payload Fields

Field	Type	Description
event	string	The event identifier
createdAt	string	Timestamp when the event was sent (ISO 8601 UTC format)
fundId	string	The unique identifier of the fund
orderId	string	The unique identifier of the order
requestId	string	The unique identifier of the extraction request. Use it to correlate the `STARTED`, `READY_FOR_REVIEW` and `COMPLETED` events of the same extraction.
docType	string	The name of the supporting-document requirement the files were uploaded for (e.g. `W-9 Form`). This is the same value as `supportingDocInfo.docName` in Order Document Uploaded.
files	array	The files being extracted. A file that has since been deleted is omitted from this list.
dataExtractionStatus	string	The extraction status after the change. See below.

Status Values

STARTED: The supporting document files have been sent to the Anduin OCR service for extraction. The extraction process is currently underway.
READY_FOR_REVIEW: The extracted data is ready for GP review.
COMPLETED: The GP has reviewed the extracted data and marked the extraction as reviewed.
