Mission and core components

Purpose of the Integration Hub

Today’s landscape demands complex, API-driven integrations, but these often result in slow, costly pre-sales processes where prospects struggle to experience a solution's full potential. Traditional methods rely on extensive documentation or custom demos, which consume significant resources but often fall short in delivering timely and relevant value.

The Integration Hub aims to change this. By providing a centralized, self-service platform, we enable prospects and customers to explore, configure, and experience integrations instantly, reducing the need for extensive technical support. With flexible, scalable configurations, users can quickly see how solutions fit their environments, significantly shortening time-to-value.

The Integration Hub is our vision for a future where seamless onboarding and integration are the norm, empowering every prospect to fully engage and build on our solutions.

How to access the Integration Hub

To access the Integration Hub, a user must meet both of the following conditions:

  • Be authenticated on the Anduin platform.
  • Have an email domain registered to an existing Entity within Anduin.

If you’d like access but do not meet these requirements, please contact your Anduin customer representative for assistance.

Components of the Integration Hub

  • Organization: Users are grouped by their organization, sharing access to the same Integration Hub within Anduin.
  • Organization Email Domain: Each organization is linked to a registered email domain in Anduin. This domain determines access, allowing for seamless user management.
  • Integration Hub: Organizations receive a dedicated Integration Hub, where users can explore and install integration solutions.
  • Integration Card: The Integration Hub offers prebuilt workflows known as “integration cards,” designed for specific applications and use cases. These cards act as reusable templates that can be applied for different configurations.
  • Integration: When a user activates an integration, technically an “instance” is created, linking the prebuilt workflow (template) to a specific integration configuration. To simplify communication, we refer to this as an integration. Users within the organization can create new integrations or modify existing ones as needed.
  • Anduin Object: Through integrations, users can connect their tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, MS Outlook, Snowflake) to Anduin objects, such as funds, data rooms, or entities. “Anduin object” refers to these connection points across Anduin’s offerings.
