1. Document flow & Object mapping

Anduin provides seamless SFTP integration to automate document exchange for Fund Managers, offering highly customized and efficient workflows. A key advantage is the ability to route documents to specific folders, ensuring each department accesses only relevant files—enhancing both efficiency and security.

2. Workflows

In-scope documents

• Subscription document: These are forms filled out by investors. Based on the status selected, Anduin will convert all form data into a PDF format and transfer it.
• Supporting document: These are files uploaded by investors. Upon successful upload by an investor, Anduin will retrieve and forward these files to your SFTP server. This category includes various types of documents, such as tax forms, government-issued IDs, etc. You can configure the integration to receive all documents or only a specific subset, depending on your requirements.

Folder and File

• You will need to specify the naming convention for folder and file
  • Each folder represents an Anduin subscription.
  • Files within each folder correspond to all documents associated with a specific subscription. You can expect one or multiple files per folder.
