Creating a Fund Subscription order using IDM data from CRM system

Besides calling Fund Subscription API to create an invitation, the Firm can leverage IDM public APIs to generate Anduin's Fund Subscription orders and pre-fill them with investor data stored in IDM, right from their CRM system.

## Creating a Fund Subscription order using FDM data from CRM systemUntitled

How it works:

_The following paragraph only provides an overall explanation of the graph above. For more details on each object, visit Create subscriptions API.

  • The Firm sends a request to IDM to invite an Investor/Client (identified by IDM's Client ID) to join a specific fund on Anduin (with Fund Subscription's Fund ID).
    • If the Firm wishes to create invitations to specific Investment Entities of the Client, they can specify the Investment Entities in the request.
    • If not, an invitation will be created for each Investment Entity under that Client.
  • After receiving the request, IDM will send the Investment Entity data to Fund Subscription app to prepare the subscription package:
    • Data: The subscription form will be prefilled with profile data
    • Documents: Relevant supporting documents will be marked as provided
    • Contacts:
      • The Firm can specify a Contact Type to receive the invitation in the request. If not, IDM will add the contacts with the type "Invitation Contacts" as recipients.
      • If the Investment Entity doesn't have any contact of the selected Contact Type, the invitation will fail to be created.
  • Once the subscription packages are ready, the invitation will be created. The firm can choose to send invitations immediately or create offline orders to send out afterwards.

Notes:

  • This API allows creating orders for 1 Client in a single request.
  • For each request, the Firm can create up to 10 orders (equivalent to 10 Investment Entities) under the same Client.
