Appendix: Documents and Order status change

1. If your fund does not enable the review process

• Pending_unsigned_review: not applicable
• Pending_review: not applicable
• Submitted: a file will be pushed once order status reaches SUBMITTED
• Countersigned: a file will be pushed once order status reaches COUNTERSIGNED
• Completed: a file will be pushed once order status reaches COMPLETE

2. If your fund has the SOFT REVIEW function enabled

• Pending_unsigned_review: a file will be pushed once an investor submits the subscription without the signature, turning the order status to PENDING REVIEW
• Submitted: a file will be pushed once order status reaches SUBMITTED
• Countersigned: a file will be pushed once order status reaches COUNTERSIGNED
• Completed: a file will be pushed once order status reaches COMPLETE

3. If your fund also has the REVIEW SIGNED SUBSCRIPTION function enabled

• Pending_unsigned_review: a file will be pushed once an investor submits the subscription without the signature, turning the order status to PENDING REVIEW
• If you select any of these Pending_review or Submitted, a file will be pushed once an investor submits the subscription alongside the signature, turning the order status to PENDING APPROVAL
• Countersigned: a file will be pushed once order status reaches COUNTERSIGNED
• Completed: a file will be pushed once order status reaches COMPLETE
