Update a tag's name and/or color. This is a partial update: any field that is omitted or null stays unchanged.

Tag names are unique within a Data Room and matched case-insensitively: renaming a tag to another tag's name responds with 409. Renaming a tag to a casing variant of its own name is allowed.

Renaming or recoloring a tag propagates everywhere the tag is displayed, including every assigned participant, exports, API responses, and Insights views.
