List the fund members groups of every fund the service account can access, in one call per page of funds.

The response holds one entry per fund (id, customId, name), sorted by fund name, with its membersGroups listing the groups of that fund. Each group carries its id (usable with AddFundMember / RemoveFundMember), name and members (email, firstName, lastName, sorted by email). Service accounts are not listed as members, exactly as in GetFundInfo.

The page size is capped at 25 because a fund can carry many groups and members; iterate with offset to cover every fund.
