Attach Counter Signed Documents

Attach files to a specific order as Counter-Signed Documents. A file can only be attached if it already existed in our storage system. To make it so, please read more here.

If your fund is set up for multiple currencies, you can specify the sub-funds accepted commitment amounts.

Defaults to false

Request data extraction from the uploaded documents. Requires the fund to have the data extraction service enabled. Only PDF files are supported for data extraction; if any non-PDF files are attached, the document submission will still succeed but data extraction will be skipped.

If set to true, it will bypass the review step, mark the subscription as Completed and notify the investors.
