Activate an Offline order with the supplied orderId. The activated order will be turned into a Normal order. The main effect of activating an Offline order is that the invitation will be sent out to order contacts via emails. Through the links in invitation emails, order contacts can create an account in the Anduin Fund Subscription platform, and then securely access the created order to complete the subscription process. The order activation is irreversible, meaning that a Normal order cannot be turned back to an Offline order.
