The name of the folder to create

groupPermissions
array of objects

The group permissions to apply to this folder. If this parameter is provided,
all Admin groups and users are automatically assigned as Owner, while all remaining
groups and users without a specified role are assigned as NoAccess by default.
If this parameter is not provided, the folder will inherit permissions from its parent folder.
