List the comment threads in a fund, keyset-paginated.

Each thread carries its threadId, the resource it is anchored to (anchorResourceId + anchorResourceType, always Order for now), its anchor (which area of the order the thread is attached to — a general conversation, a form question, or an AML/KYC document), visibility (shared / internal), status (open / resolved), optional assignee, and timestamps. Absent optional fields are omitted from the response rather than returned as null.

Only threads that have at least one comment are listed. An empty thread created by CreateOrGetCommentThread stays absent from this listing until its first comment is imported — a freshly created general thread will not appear here until you post to it.

Threads are ordered by creation time, oldest first, and returned in pages of up to 200 (default 50). Follow the nextCursor from each response to page through the fund; hasMore is false and nextCursor is absent on the final page.
