List firm members

List members by firm. Until 27 October 2026, fund subscription access is available through two fields: the deprecated fundAccess (all entries, no limit, always returned) and the new fundSubAccess (up to 20 entries, opt-in). Both are populated during this period. From 27 October 2026, fundAccess is removed and fundSubAccess is the only source.

Set to true to populate clientGroupsAccess with the member's client group access. Defaults to false, in which case clientGroupsAccess is null.
