Retrieve the list of users and groups in a Data Room. Users in the Data Room can be organized into groups or managed individually as unassigned. Each user is assigned a role, which can be one of the following: Admin, Member, Contributor, or Observer.

Users in a group inherit that group's file and folder permissions. In addition, any user (whether in a group or unassigned) can be granted individual file or folder permissions that stack on top of the group's permissions, so two users with the same role or in the same group may still have different levels of access.

Set includeTags=true to include each user's assigned tags in the response. The tags field is null unless requested; when requested, users without tags get an empty list.
