[Data Room] Optional permission configuration when add and remove participants

• Summary: Adding two optional configuration preserveIndividualPermission to group membership operations (add user to group API and remove user from group API), giving API users explicit more control over how individual permissions behave when users are added to or removed from groups.

[IDM] Updated APIs: Create draft package and Update draft package – Support Private Share method

• Summary: The Create Draft Package and Update Draft Package Public APIs now support the Private Share distribution method, in addition to the existing Group Share method. With Private Share, each document in a package can be mapped to a specific recipient (Investment Entity, Investment Entity in Fund Legal Entity, or Investment), instead of sharing all documents identically with all recipients. Three new shareWith.targetType values are supported: PrivateShareInvestmentEntities, PrivateShareInvestmentEntitiesInFundLegalEntity, PrivateShareInvestments
