[FundSub] Webhooks on note column

• Summary: We have a webhook event that notifies clients whenever a specific dashboard column is updated. Currently, it doesn’t support rich text fields (like the Note column), so clients don’t receive updates for those changes. We plan to add support for rich text soon, allowing customers to enjoy greater flexibility in how they track and respond to updates.
